Gate 1 Travel imposes the
following refund terms for cancellations.
From: 120-45 days before departure date, you forfeit $300
per ticket, From: 44-14 days before departure date,
you forfeit 50% land and 100% Air, From: 13days
before departure date – no show, you forfeit 100% land
and 100% Air. All cancellations must be received in writing
Refunds and Cancellation Terms:
Gate 1 Travel imposes the
following refund terms for cancellations.
From: 120-61 days before departure date, you forfeit $200
per ticket,
From 60-31 days before departure date, you forfeit 35%
land/100 % Air
From: 30-14 days before departure date, you forfeit 50% land
and 100% Air,
From : 13 days before departure date - no show, you forfeit
100% land and 100% Air.
All cancellations must be received in writing
General Information:
Each participant must be in possession
of a passport with at least 6 months remaining validity.
Reservations are made and accepted upon receipt of deposit
and reservation form. Each seminar delegate will receive 14 days
prior to departure documents consisting of air tickets,
itinerary, and name tag.
